We are a local family in Pulaski County, Missouri. We have lived and worked within the community for the last 14 years. My wife is a teacher and I am about to retire from the military next year. We have 3 kids in the Waynesville School District. We started investing in our community to provide quality homes for the people of Pulaski County. When we started we noticed many older homes that have been past due on renovations. Our goal is to locate houses that need work, renew the properties, and create homes for our neighbors.
